Before you register to vote, be sure that you are not already registered. You may check your status at votetexas.gov by one of the following methods:

• Texas driver’s license number, if you provided it when you applied for voter registration,

• Voter Unique Identifier (VUID), which appears on your voter registration certificate, or

• Your first and last name.
